Ramu Iyer is a Solution Focused Business Professional who enjoys solving gray-area business problems, working as a bridge builder, sensemaking with incomplete information, team building, and shaping growth leadership for greater good. As a management consultant, Ramu is passionate about enabling the incremental delivery of consumable software solutions as well as managing the accelerated technology insertion and commercialization in profitable markets. His work experience, spanning two decades in the software, telecom, and professional services sectors, includes Microsoft, Ernst & Young, Point B, Slalom Consulting, InfoSpace and Revel Consulting. He has a MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a MS in Computer Science from Washington State University. Ramu played a key role in the transition team that led to the formation of Leadership Eastside – an incubator for community leadership. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Sammamish Arts Commission and enjoys yoga, blogging, poetry, and promoting entrepreneurship education.
