Cynthia Rowe, Ph.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and an academic researcher with over 20 years of experience conducting NIH-funded clinical trials and disseminating findings on health promotion interventions. She obtained her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Temple University in 1998 and has been a faculty member at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in the Department of Public Health Sciences since 2000. In 2010, she was appointed Associate Director of MDFT International, Inc., a non-profit corporation that trains community-based providers around the world to implement evidence-based family interventions for adolescents. She also consults on the development of content and platforms to bring about leadership and organizational transformation. Whether in her research, writing, training or direct clinical work, her deepest passion is helping individuals, families, and systems identify and break through blocks to achieving their highest individual and collective potentials.
